SnapEvent console
The console is your all in one sales dashboard. This is where you create your events, upload photos, categorise them into albums and keep track of sales.
- Create your events, with cover images and GPS location for easy discovery.
- Create albums for your event. Adding photos to albums helps your customers find their photos quickly. This works especially well for a sports day with multiple sports or agegroups.

- How do I create events and upload photos?
The SnapEvent console is your all in one sales dashboard. Here you can upload photos, categorise them into albums, view your sales, and see your next scheduled payout.
- How long are my events visible on SnapEvent?
Events and photos are listed for 1 year or as long as your subscription is active.
- How much can I sell my photos for?
Photographers are able to set their own pricing. Typically prices are set at R20 to R60 per photo. You are welcome to charge more should you wish.
- What does it cost to sell my photos?
You can list your events on SnapEvent for free. The free package allows you to create 3 events per month. SnapEvent charges a 15% sales fee on all transactions. This means if you sell a photo for R50 you will receive R42.50
- How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous calender month. This means you will be paid on the 15th of February for all sales between 1 and 31 January. Your next payout date and amount is displayed in the console.
