- How do I download my purchased photos?
Once purchased, snaps will be available in the "My Snaps" section of the app. When you click on a photo to open it a "Download" button is displayed in the bottom corner. Downloaded photos are saved to a "SnapEvent" album in your phone's gallery app.
- How can I share purchased photos in high quality?
Some apps like WhatsApp may reduce image quality when sharing snaps. Instead, use your email app to share them if you need to retain quality for printing.
- Can I order a printed version of the photo?
SnapEvent does not provide printed photos at this time. We provide high quality digital versions of photos which you are welcome to take to your local printing shop for printing and framing.
- How can I sell photos of my event on SnapEvent?
Anyone can sell their photos on SnapEvent for free. Becoming a seller is quick and simple. click the 'sign up' link for more information.
- What does it cost to sell my photos on SnapEvent?
SnapEvent is free to try! Visit our sign up page for packages and pricing.
